Are you trying to decide which one is best and considering a webinar tool?
In your shoes, I was as a development marketer about one year ago. I knew there are tons of reasons so I took the time to investigate and test a lot of various options out. So you don't need to make the exact mistakes, I'm going to discuss my experience with you.

My first instinct was to utilize a tool. They have a new and have been in existence for a while - it seemed like a no-brainer.
That was my error.
The GoToWebinar software appears like it has not been updated since 1997.
It is clunky and not enjoyable to use. It's more costly than the alternatives at a steep $2,400 a year, but it provides features.
It is deceiving that they advertise the starter package offers"100 Participants". The very first time they enabled me to invite up to join the training. - which I did. I had register for the training I was conducting.

I had been nervous about the software since I did not want to let down our customers or create our company appear unprofessional functioning properly. The time we went live with the webinar. We were joined by 100 people. However there were at least another 100 people who couldn't buy in. I began getting lots of emails.

I was freaking out.
I phoned customer service.
They informed me that I could only have 100 participants in the webinar. Why on earth then, would they allow me invite 500 participants? Didn't they believe this is a experience for our customers who did not get in and registered?
I asked if they can make an exception for my very first webinar and let this people in now. They wouldn't.
I told them I'd pay on the spot to get upgraded to the"Pro" account so that I could let the rest of the attendees into the area. They couldn't do it.
Customer service was unhelpful.
That first experience with GoToWebinar was this kind of tragedy (Read my full GoToWebinar review here). I knew there had to be webinar software out there.
I researched 12 training softwares that were different, along with the best webinar software by a long shot was WebinarJam.

It is so Simple.
It's priced lower than any other software and offers more features at $39/month. Try it.
They have instruction videos at each stage along the way to show you just what to do.
Additionally, there are live reps available.
You can pop up countdowns to promote webinar attendees to do it & buttons, provides.
They supply landing page templates for your webinar which you could customize.
You're able to send both private and public messages to attendees.
You allow them to engage, show their face and can pull them inside the live webinar if an attendee has a query in the conversation!
Every webinar is listed and the replay can be transmitted to attendees.

The staff is iterating to create the tool much better- they are receptive to attention and opinions .
I've peace of mind that it is always going to function and I can have so many attendees join as I desire. Other programs tend to upcharge you the attendees you require, but maybe not WebinarJam, it unlimited.
Disadvantages
Some folks experience a 10 second delay from dwell to that which appears on the screens of attendees. This does not affect the experience in the view of this attendee and is common with platforms that are webinar though. It used to be complicated when WebinarJam was hosted on Google Hangouts, but they have since upgraded their software and when the Jamcast software was implemented, the experience actually enhanced. Nowadays you don't need to use Google Hangouts to document a live webinar . The whole procedure is seamless with the upgrade they left a couple of months ago-- keep in mind if you read other reviews before 2017 since they're dated and speaking to some very distinct product encounter.
